This item is exactly as described. It did take a while for it to get to me but to be fair I ordered it around Christmas time and with Covid the new reality is sometimes things take longer to get to you. What I really appreciated was how responsive HPP was in communication with me. They answered swiftly with all the information I needed.
My one and only quibble (and this has nothing to do with HPP. It's not their product) is that I had to sand down some very sharp spots inside before I was comfortable putting it in the tank for my Sam.
I would probably consider ordering from Healthy Pet Planet again because of their competitive pricing and availability of products.
